' <br />10/20/69 <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL APPROVED AS AMENDED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3226 <br />MICHICAN STREET SEWER <br />Hearing on the assessment roll in Improvement Resolution No. 3226, being <br />for the improvement" of South Michigan, South Main, South Lafayette, Walters <br />Street area, from Barbie Street south to Ireland Road, and from South <br />Lafayette Street to approximately 1000 feet east of South Michigan Street, <br />by constructing a local sewer, having been continued from October 13, 1969, <br />for the purpose of amending said assessment roll and said assessment roll <br />now having been amended, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the Board approved the assessment roll as amended. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3263 (AMENDED) <br />�rrn rrnrrr <br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, inc., consulting engineers, file with the <br />Board certificate of completion of the paving of 35th Street, from Jefferson <br />Street to the railroad south, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefor. <br />C) And the City Engineer files with the Board an assessment roll, with the names <br />of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with <br />the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $6,824.65. <br />And the Board adopts a resolution accepting said assessment roll, and sets <br />9:30 A.M., on November 10, 1969, as the time for hearing remonstrances and <br />when the owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representative <br />and be heard. <br />And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on October 24 and October 31, <br />1969. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3268 (AMENDED) <br />WALSH STREET <br />Clyde E.
