9/22/69 expanding. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the traffic engineer's recommendation.was approved. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3226 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF CWLETION Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with the Board its certificate of completion of the construction of a local sewer on S.Michigan-S. Main-S. Lafayette area in accordance with the plans and specification for this project. And the City Engineer files with the Board an Assessment Roll, with the names of the owners and a description of the property to be assessed with the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $111,334.80. And the Board adopts a resolution accepting the final estimate and primary assessment roll, and the Clerk is directed to give notice of hearing thereon on the 13th day of 0#6bei-r1969,';at wh1i eh','.time the Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against the property owners CIO" on said Roll. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 3296 - RESCINDED - GERTRUDE STREET Due to a written remonstrance against said improvement bearing the signatures of fifty -on � ce?t or more of the resident property owners of said street, w o may be 1i a or assessment for said improvement, having been filed with the Board within the ten (10) day period following date and time of the hear- ing on said improvement, therefore, upon motion made, seconded and unani- mously carried, Improvement Resolution No. 3296 is hereby rescinded. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3297 - HAWTHORN DRIVE A written remonstrance having been filed with the Board within the ten (10) day period following thehearing and a request subsequently filed by five resi- dent kee holders to withdraw their remonstrance and upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, this matter is referred to the Department of Law for review and recommendation. REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE - CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL - 9/19/69 The action of the Board on September 181 1969, in granting request of Central High School, 317 V1. Washington Street, South Bend, Indiana, through D. Nelson, of the Central Booster Club, to hold a parade on Friday, September 19, 1969, at 6:30 P.M. is hereby confirmed and made of record. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT Street light outage reports for the period 9/11/69 to 9/19/69 were ordered filed. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 11:35 A.M. AT Clerk
