m 8/11/69 north parallel and 3.02 feet west of the west line .of Illinois Street a distance of 80.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of 44,929.25 square feet, more or less, atdx a affX$=X Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana to construct and maintain any facilities, including but not limited to electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches within the vacated right-of-way unless such rights are released by the individual utilities. ' The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lot 176 and 177 or Part of Westchester 2nd unit. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of August and on tlr 22nd day of August, 1969, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News. This Board, at its offices in the City Hall on the 8th day of September 1969 at 9:30 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. FISEHBR RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANAI That it is desirable to vacate the following: Hildreth Street from the East line of Roberts Street to the West line of the north/south alley East of Roberts Street more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 52 Baker and Mr. Henry Addition thence East along the North line of said Lot 52 a distance of 119.95 feet more or less to the North- east corner of said Lot 52; thence North 40 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 37; thence West along the South line of said Lot 37, a distance of 119.95 more or less to the Southwest corner of Lot 37, thence South 40 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
