64, 8/4/69 The Board having examined all bids received on July 21, 1969, and being duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract to Bituminous Materials Company for the paving of said street with Class C, Type IV, pavement on its low bid of $4-,062.50. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. ENGINEERS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FILING OF ASSESSMENT ROLL RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE NOTICE OF HEARING IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3259 - HARTMAN DRIVE (SEWER) Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with the Board its certificate of completion of the constructing of a local sewer on Hartman Drive, from Rosemary Lane to dead end and Rosemary Lane from Peachtree Lane to Hartman Drive in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project. And the City Engineer files with the Board an Assessrpent Roll, with the names of the owners and a description of the property to be assessed with the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $14,007.83. And the Board adopts a resolution accepting the final estimate and primary assessment roll, and the Clerk is directed to give notice of hearing thereon 6H the 18th day of August, 1969, at which time the Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against the property owners on said Roll. STREET LIGHT INSTALLATIONS APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the recommendations of the Traffic Engineering Department for the following: 69-44 To increase the light on Sorin at Frances from 4000L INC to 7000L MV. Cost 90� per month. 69-69 (1) To increase the lights on Almond Court and Notre Dame from 4000L INC to 7000L MV. Cost 90�. (2) Install two mid -block 7000L MV.'Cost $7.50. (3) Increase the light on Sorin and Notre Dame from 6000L INC to 7000L MV. Cost 55C. (4) Increase the light at Sorin and Notre Dame to 7000L MV. Cost 90�. 69-70 To install a 7000L MV OH WP street light on Musgrave and on Sheffield. Cost $3.75 each. 69-71 (1) Increase four lights on Laurel Street from 4000L INC to 7000L MV. Cost 90� each. (2) Increase one each on Jefferson, Thomas and Napier, between Laurel and Chapin from 4000L INC to 7000L MV. Cost 90� each. (3) Increase light on Laurel, south of Washington from 2500 to 7000L MV. Cost $1.25. 69-72 (1) Install 7000L MV OH WP mid -block 1000 Golfview. Cost $3.75. (2) Replace existing 4000L INC light with 7000L MV on Miami at Golfview. Cost 90�. 69-73 Install 7000L MV light mid -block 1600 Adams Street. Cost $3.75.
