Williams & Associates, <br />Inc., -to prepare preliminary plans and estimates, and resolution for the im- <br />provement of said Street. <br />Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., submits preliminary plans and estimates <br />and resolution for such improvement. <br />And the Board, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, approves <br />said plans and specifications and adopts said resolution, and sets August 20, <br />1969, at 7:30 P.M., as the time when all persons whose property may be <br />affected by such proposed improvement may be heard. Williams & Associates, <br />Inc., to prepare preliminary plans and estimates, and resolution for the <br />improvement of said street. <br />Clyde E.
