This Board, at its office in the City Hall, on the 23rd day of June, 1969, at 10:00 A.M., will hear and receive re- monstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Bickel BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS is SAFETY" ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3292, 1969 - BENDIX CORPORATION "RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Those portions of Illinois, Wellington, Kenmore and Falcon Streets, between Westmore Street on the south and Prast Boulevard on the north, more particularly described as follows: Illinois Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 177; thence on a southerly line 574.72 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 177; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a northerly line 574.05 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the north- east corner of Lot 177. Wellington Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 178; thence on a southerly line 570.99 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 178; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a northerly line 570.32 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 178.
