5/12/69 PRELIMINARY PLANS FILED IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED PLANS APPROVED NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3273, 1969 - FREMONT IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3274, 1969'- ALLEY BETWEEN MAIN AND-MICHIGAN IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3275, 11 fiD - 'ALLEYSBETWEEN WAYNE & SUNNYMEDE IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3282 1969 - WALL STREET Clyde E. Williams & Associates, consulting engineers, files with t e Board preliminary plans, estimates and preliminary resolution for the improvement of the foregoing streets, by constructing Class C pavement with curb and curb repair. And the.Board approves said plans and estimates, and adopts improvement resolutions for the improvement of said strets, and fixes 7:30 P.M. on' June 3, 1969, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, as the time and place when and where all persons whose property_ may be affected by such pro- posed improvements may be heard, and the Board will decide at said time whether the benefits accruing to abutting and adjacent property owners will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said improvements. And the Clerk of the Board is directed to give notice by two weekly publications of the time and place of said hearing. CONTRACTORS'BONDS The following contractors' bonds were filed and approved -by the Board: Douglas Loomis d/b/a D & L Constr. Co. expiring 5/19/70 Wm. I. Davisson - expiring 4/21/70 John G. Steinhofer - expiring 1/ 1/70 Clem Zielewski - expiring 5/ 3/70 Peter Schumacher Sons, Inc. (cont. ctf.)- expiring 5/ 2/70 EXCAVATION BONDS: The following excavation bonds were filed and approved by the Board: Earl Handley, d/b/a Handley Plumbing - expiring 5/ 2/70 Walter Temple, Jr., d/b/a Temple Tree Service - expiring 2/12/70 STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 5/l/69 to 5/8/69 were ordered filed.
