4/21/69 <br />REQUEST FOR ANNUAL BICYCLE AUCTION <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the <br />request of the Police Department -to sell unclaimed bicycles'at public <br />auction, according to statute. Such auction to be held in the Police Garage <br />at 701 W. Sample Street, starting at.1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 16, 1969. <br />And the Clerk is directed to publish notice on May 2 and M'ay 9,. 1969. <br />STREET LIGHT PETITION - 800-90G BLOCK ON DAYMON <br />Petition for street light between the 800 and 900 block on Dayton was filed <br />with the Board by Mr. and Mrs. John Bloom, 909 E. Dayton Street, and 16 <br />others and, up on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, was referred <br />to the -Traffic Engineer for study and recommendation. <br />TRAFFIC REPORT - POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Report of`the Police Traffic Department for March, 1969, was reviewed and <br />"ordered filed. <br />CONTRACTORS' BONDS <br />Contractor's bond on behalf of Cavuria Construction Company, 619 25th Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana, expiring 4/16/70, was approved by the Board. <br />Certificate continuing contractor's bond on behalf of Herman F. Glaser to <br />4/20/70 was approved by the Board. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light outage.reports for the period 4/9/69 to 4/18/69 were ordered <br />filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad- <br />journed at 11:50 A.M. <br />1 <br />
