4/21/69 REQUEST FOR ANNUAL BICYCLE AUCTION Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the request of the Police Department -to sell unclaimed bicycles'at public auction, according to statute. Such auction to be held in the Police Garage at 701 W. Sample Street, starting at.1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 16, 1969. And the Clerk is directed to publish notice on May 2 and M'ay 9,. 1969. STREET LIGHT PETITION - 800-90G BLOCK ON DAYMON Petition for street light between the 800 and 900 block on Dayton was filed with the Board by Mr. and Mrs. John Bloom, 909 E. Dayton Street, and 16 others and, up on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, was referred to the -Traffic Engineer for study and recommendation. TRAFFIC REPORT - POLICE DEPARTMENT Report of`the Police Traffic Department for March, 1969, was reviewed and "ordered filed. CONTRACTORS' BONDS Contractor's bond on behalf of Cavuria Construction Company, 619 25th Street, South Bend, Indiana, expiring 4/16/70, was approved by the Board. Certificate continuing contractor's bond on behalf of Herman F. Glaser to 4/20/70 was approved by the Board. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage.reports for the period 4/9/69 to 4/18/69 were ordered filed.
