<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of
<br />Bert S. Cichowicz, City Sealer, to attend the 56th annual conference of
<br />Indiana Association of Inspectors of Weights and Measures in New Albany,
<br />Indiana, April 14, 15 and 16, 1969.

<br />PETITION FILED TO VACATE ALLEY - MENTAL HEALTH CENTER OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY
<br />A petition to vacate the north-sout-h alley between St. Louis and St. Peter
<br />Streets, north from Colfax Avenue to the east -west alley between St. Louis
<br />and St. Peter Streets was filed with the Board and, upon motion made,
<br />seconded and carried, was referred to the City Engineer far drawings and
<br />referral to the Area Plan Commission for its study and recommendation to
<br />the Board.
