Olive and Westmore. - Installation of 7000L MV OH WP street light at Olive and Westmore. Cost to the City $45.00 per year. MODEL CITIES AREA Liston, west of Birdsell - Increase existing mid block light be increased to 7000L MV. At Liston and Adams, increase to 7000 MV. Cost to the City - $21.60 per year. Huey and Kenwood - Increase the three 4000L INC lights--Kenwood between Olive and Huey, intersections of Huey and Kenwood, and Huey and Smith. Cost to the City - $32.40 per year. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommendations of the Traffic Engineering Department as follows: Two hour limit signs at the Indiana Avenue Pentecostal Church, 133 E. Indiana Avenue. 30 minute time limit in front of 1414 S. Leer Street. One hour time limit on the south side of the 1st half block of Ewing Street west of Miami. Change two hour limit to 15 minute parking at 1111 S. Michigan. Remove the 15 minute parking signs on the west side of Michigan Street in front of 809. Change two hour limit to 30 minute parking in the 100 block of W. Navarre Street, on the north side.of the street. Install a stop sign on Rue DeVille at Jefferson. Install a yield sign on the south at Longfellow, to eliminate right of way confusion at the intersection of channelization island and Longfellow. Install stop signs on Lawton at Fremont, establishing right of way. MORR IS CIVIC AUDITORIUM LEASE Copy of lease with South Bend Symphony for performance of Susan Starr, pianist March 16, 1969, at a rental of $300.00, was ordered filed. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - ERNEST T. ZICK (TAXICAB) Certificate of taxicab general insurance coverage for Ernest T. Zick, Policy No. AC 39429, for the period 4/15/69 to 5/15/70, ordered filed. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE for workmen's compensation insurance on behalf of Charles W. Cole and Son, Inc., for the period expiring December 30, 1969, was ordered filed. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - workmen's compensation and general liability on behalf of Northern Electric Company, Inc. and Northern Electric Construction Co., Inc. (Municipal Services Facility Building) --workmen's compensation to 4/1/70, general liability from 4/1/69 until cancelled.
