2/3/ 1 C RETIREMENTS - FIRE DEPARTMENT Upon the recommendation of Fire Chief Joseph L. Zurat, the Board accepted and approved the application and declaration for retirement of the following firemen: Ferdinand A. Bilski - effective February 4, 1969, having been appointed February 4, 1948 and having served 21 years with the Fire Department. Robert L. Riba - effective February 1, 1969, having been appointed December 16, 1947 and having served more than 21 years. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR TWO-WAY RADIOS Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the recommendation of the City Engineer for the award of contract for two-war,•radios to General Electric Company; 3750 N.
