REGULARMEF.TING NOVEMBER22 2016 364 <br />QUOTATION: $56,025 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Doran, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above <br />Quotations were referred to Engineering for review and recommendation. After review of the <br />quotations, Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, requested to award the quote. The Board noted the <br />award was not listed on the agenda. They were questioned if it is necessary for the Board to <br />make the award based on the dollar amount. Attorney Schmidt stated per IC 36-I-12-5, the <br />Board is required to make the award. He added the Board has the authority to add this to the <br />agenda, but they didn't announce it at the start of the meeting. He stated since it was not clearly — <br />noted, they should not award today.
