Kagel, Executive Director of the Downtown Council, 320 W. <br />Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, to prohibit parking in the 300 <br />block of S. Main Street Wednesday morning, April 21, 1971, during <br />ground breaking ceremony for the new Indiana Bell Telephone Company -building. <br />REQUEST TO SELL WHITE CANES - NORTHERN INDIANA CENTER OF THE BLIND <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request <br />of John Janssens for the Northern Indiana Center of the Blind, 1229 W. <br />Bruce Street, South Bend, Indiana,to sell white canes on the public <br />sidewalks of the City af'South Bend, May 15 through May 21, 1971, on <br />the condition that permission is granted by the Charitable Solicitations <br />Commission for such sales. <br />REQUEST TO SELL POPPIES - AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY UNIT #50 <br />Upon motion -made, seconded and carried, permission was granted to Mrs. <br />Patricia E.
