Taylor, City Civil Engineer <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said assessment <br />roll and set 9:30 A.M. on March 29, 1971, as the date for hearing all <br />persons interested in or affected by said vacation. And the Clerk is <br />directed to publish notice of such hearing in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri County News on March 5, March 12 and March 19, 1971. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED — VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3335 - MARIE J. PFEIL <br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll in Vacation Resolution <br />No. 3335 for the vacation of: <br />The first east -west alley.between Navarre and Marion <br />Streets from Michigan Street east 165 feet to the first <br />north -south alley.
