<br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 26th'
<br />day,of February, 1971, and on the 5th day of March, 1971, in the
<br />South Bend Tribune and in the Tri County News.
<br />This Board, at its office, on the 8th day of March, 1971,
<br />at 9:30,o'clock, A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from
<br />all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. ,

<br />ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3337. 1971 - DEPARTMENT OF
<br />ELOPMENT (POST OFFICE SITE
<br />The Area Plan Commission files with the Board its recommendation for
<br />the vacation of all streets and alleys within the new Post Office Site,
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following
<br />resolution was adopted:
<br />"VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3337, 1971
<br />"RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate
<br />the following:
<br />A part of the west Half of Section 12, Township
<br />37 north, Range 2 east,, city of South Bend, St.
<br />Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the east boundary
<br />of South Michigan Street (U. S. R. 31) and the
<br />north boundary of East Monroe Street; thence north
<br />0 degrees 29 minutes 97 seconds west 42.33 feet
<br />along said east boundary; thence northeasterly 381.53
<br />feet along an arc to the right and having a radius of
<br />624.57 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing
<br />of north 17 degrees 00 minutes 53 seconds east and a
<br />length of 375.62 feet; thence north 34 degrees 30
<br />minutes 53 seconds east 9.47 feet to the south boundary
<br />of East Western Avenue; thence north 89 degrees 37
