Taylor, City Engineer SEPH COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO VACATE 41 It was moved, seconded and carried thatthe Board of Public Works and Safety petition the Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana, for vacation of the streets and alleys within Lagoon "A" storm water retention basin. LEASE EXTENDED ON 1970 OLDSMOBILE Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the extension of the existing lease with Feferman Motor Sales for 1970 Oldsmobile 98 Luxury Sedan, Identification No. 386690M249761, for a further period of.12 months, upon the same terms and conditions was approved by the Board. EXCAVATION BOND CANCELLED It was moved, seconded and carried that the excavation bond of Raymond Guzman, d/b/a ABC Plumbing, Inc., No. 109665, be cancelled and that the Auto -Owners Mutual Insurance Company be released for any work done there- under from and after January 25, 1971. CONTINUATION CERTIFICATES APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, certificate continuing excavation bond on behalf of Wallace Mitchell to l/l/72 was approved. MEETING CANCELLED 2/1/71 MEETING SET OVER FROM 2/15/71 TO 2/16/71 It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the regularly scheduled meeting for February 1, 1971, be cancelled. It was further moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the meeting which would regularly be scheduled on Monday, February 15, 1971, be set over to Tuesday, February 16, 1971, at 9:30 A.M., since February 15, 1971, is a legal holiday. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 1/12/71 to 1/20/71 were ordered filed.
