The Clerk was directed to write Mrs. Clemens <br />it is not for sale. <br />COMMUNICATION FROM HUMANE SOCIETY <br />ti <br />A letter from Mrs. Martha Flanagan of the Humane Society in reference <br />to the destruction of pigeons was read and referred to the City Engineer, <br />INDEMNITY AGREEMENT APPROVED - AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried,indemnity agreement provided by <br />the American National Bank and Trust Company to hold the City of South <br />Bend harmless in connection with the erection of two flag poles on Main Street <br />in front of the Bank Building,,was approved by the Board upon the <br />recommendation of the City Attorney. <br />INSURANCE CERTIFICATE FILED - PANEL ADS, INC. <br />Certificate of liability insurance coverage for Panel Ads to 12:00 noon <br />December 31, 1971, was ordered filed. , <br />IN -KIND RENT VOUCHERS - A.C.T.I.O.N.
