12/7/70 TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department for the following: to prohibit parking on the west side of Eddy Street, between Angela Street and Napoleon. to change the "yield" sign to a "Stop" sign at Lawrence and Peashway. STREET LIGHTING APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department for the following street lighting: Garage #1 - at the alley intersection at the rear, increase the 6000L INC UG WP to 20,OOO1- MV UG WP. Garage #2 - at the alley intersection at the rear, increase the 10001- INC UG WP to 20,OOO1- MV UG WP. at a cost of $9.80 per month. CERTIFICATE CONTINUING CONTRACTOR'S BOND REJECTED Certificate continuing contractor's bond for Midland Engineering Company for the period 1/1/71 to l/l/72 was rejected by the Board and ordered returned for the attachment of a proper power of attorney. CERTIFICATES CONTINUING EXCAVATION BONDS REJECTED Certificate continuing the excavation bond of Robert E. Frame for the period 1/l/71 to 1/1/72 was rejected by thb Board and ordered returned for the attachment of a proper power of attorney. Certificate continuing the excavation bond of Midland Engineering Company for the period 1/l/71 to 1/l/72 was rejected by the Board and ordered returned for the attachment of a proper power of attorney. CONTRACTOR'S BOND APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried certificate continuing contractor's bond for Steve P. Ross to l/l/72 was approved. EXCAVATION BOND APPROVED Certificate continuing excavation bond for Stanley E. Wesolowski to 1/l/72, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was approved. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period]]/24/70 to 12/4/70 were ordered filed.
