10/26/70 telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way unless such rights are released by the individual utilities. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation; Lots numbered 40 through 65 and 101 through 110 all in Belmont Addition to the city of South Bend, Indiana. Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 30th day of October and the 6th day of November, 1970, in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri County News. This Board, at its office, on the 9th day of November, 1970, at 9:30 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. " ASSESSMENT ROLL CONFIRMED AS AMENDED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3283 FELLOWS STREET SEWER Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files with the Board an amended assessment roll in Improvement Resolution No. 3283, 1970, for the improvement of Fellows Street, from Barbie Street to Ireland Road and Walters Street from Fellows Street to approximately 345 feet west of Fellows Street, to show the additional assessment to the City of South Bend by extending the sewer approximately 25 feet westerly to cover the third lot as replatted by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dosmann. The Board being fully advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the assessment roll was finally approved as amended. ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3318 - E. WASHINGTON STREET Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with the Board its certificate of completion of the paving of East Washington Avenue, from Greenlawn Street to ironwood Drive, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor. And the City Engineer files with the Board an assessment roll, with the names of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $28,195.42. And the Board adopts a resolution accepting said assessment roll, and sets 9a30 A.M. on November 23, 1970, as the time when the owners of such real es- tate may',attend in person or by representative and be heard. And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County'!News on November 6 and November 13, 1970. CONTRACT AWARDED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3321 - BEALE STREET SEWER Fbr<the.io rovement of Beale Street, from Cushing to Riverside, by construct- ing a local sewer. Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, recommends that the bid of Dye Plumbing and Heating Company be accepted as the lowest and best bid received. And the Board, being duly advised in the premises, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract for such improvement to Dye Plumbing and Heating Company on its low bid of $11,765.50.= And said Company is hereby notified to proceed with such construction accordingly.
