At the request of Mr. Adamson, the matter of 1934 N. <br />Meade Street, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was continued to - <br />November 16, 1970. <br />2018 S. Michigan Street. Mr. Adamson reported attorney DeVere Boheen advised <br />t eri re ii—s—no money in the estate of Jennie Shenefield, owner of this property; <br />that they have a prospective buyer and would like a continuance. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the matter of 2018 S. Michigan Street was continued two <br />weeks. <br />618 E. Washington Street. Nile V. Coplen did not appear as requested. Mr. <br />Adamson reported the building partially closed, full of debris and that no <br />attempt has•been made to repair Pt. Upon.motion made, seconded and carried, <br />the matter was continued one week for the Sub -Standards Director to contact <br />Mrs. Robert Eerhold, daughter of the owner, who looks after the property. <br />122 N.-,St. Louis Street. (accessory building) Franklin D. Stahl appeared <br />before the Board and stated that he is obtaining bids to have the accessory <br />building taken down. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the <br />r-I matter was continued one week. <br />n 505 Kalorama Street. Mr. Adamson, Sub=Standards Director, reported this <br />property has been repaired. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the matter was continued indefinitely and the Sub -Standards Director <br />Q was requested to keep the property under surveillance. <br />142 E. Elder Street. J. W. Howard appeared before the Board and stated he is <br />willing for the City to demolish the building. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek <br />bids for the demolition of the structure at 142 E. Elder Street. <br />722 E. Miner Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the matter of 722 E. Miner Street was further continued one week. <br />1210 South Bend Avenue. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter <br />of 1210 South Bend Avenue was continued one week for further investigation <br />by the Sub -Standards Department. <br />2116 Western Avenue. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter of <br />2116 Western Avenue was continued one week at the request of Mr. Adamson. <br />2410-W. Ford- Street. Mr. Adamson, -Sub-Standards Director, reported he has <br />been unable to contact the owner of this property. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek <br />bids for the demolition of the structure at 2410 W. Ford Street. <br />626 N. Harrison. Mr. Adamson, Sub -Standards Director, reported the owner <br />wishes to have this property demolished by the City. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to <br />seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 626 N. Harrison Street. <br />40. 1 E. Dubail Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />t matter,of 401 E. Dubai] Street was continued one week at the request of <br />the Sub -Standards Director. <br />1022 S. 35th Street. Mr. Adamson reported the accessory building at 1022 <br />S. 35th Street has been torn down but not removed and that the premises have <br />not been cleaned up. Upon motion made, seconded anch unanimously carried, -the <br />matter was continued two weeks. <br />625 S. Colu�hbia Street. Mr. Adamson reported the resident has now been re- <br />located. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried; the Sub -Standards <br />Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of the structure.at 625 <br />S. Columbia Street. <br />1137 S. Lafayette Boulevard. (on the complaint of Lillian Curbick and others) <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matter of 1137 S. <br />Lafayette Boulevard was continued one week. <br />
