am 10/19/70 1934 N. Meade Street. At the request of Mr. Adamson, the matter of 1934 N. Meade Street, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was continued to - November 16, 1970. 2018 S. Michigan Street. Mr. Adamson reported attorney DeVere Boheen advised t eri re ii—s—no money in the estate of Jennie Shenefield, owner of this property; that they have a prospective buyer and would like a continuance. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter of 2018 S. Michigan Street was continued two weeks. 618 E. Washington Street. Nile V. Coplen did not appear as requested. Mr. Adamson reported the building partially closed, full of debris and that no attempt has•been made to repair Pt. Upon.motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued one week for the Sub -Standards Director to contact Mrs. Robert Eerhold, daughter of the owner, who looks after the property. 122 N.-,St. Louis Street. (accessory building) Franklin D. Stahl appeared before the Board and stated that he is obtaining bids to have the accessory building taken down. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the r-I matter was continued one week. n 505 Kalorama Street. Mr. Adamson, Sub=Standards Director, reported this property has been repaired. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matter was continued indefinitely and the Sub -Standards Director Q was requested to keep the property under surveillance. 142 E. Elder Street. J. W. Howard appeared before the Board and stated he is willing for the City to demolish the building. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 142 E. Elder Street. 722 E. Miner Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matter of 722 E. Miner Street was further continued one week. 1210 South Bend Avenue. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter of 1210 South Bend Avenue was continued one week for further investigation by the Sub -Standards Department. 2116 Western Avenue. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter of 2116 Western Avenue was continued one week at the request of Mr. Adamson. 2410-W. Ford- Street. Mr. Adamson, -Sub-Standards Director, reported he has been unable to contact the owner of this property. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 2410 W. Ford Street. 626 N. Harrison. Mr. Adamson, Sub -Standards Director, reported the owner wishes to have this property demolished by the City. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 626 N. Harrison Street. 40. 1 E. Dubail Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, t matter,of 401 E. Dubai] Street was continued one week at the request of the Sub -Standards Director. 1022 S. 35th Street. Mr. Adamson reported the accessory building at 1022 S. 35th Street has been torn down but not removed and that the premises have not been cleaned up. Upon motion made, seconded anch unanimously carried, -the matter was continued two weeks. 625 S. Colu�hbia Street. Mr. Adamson reported the resident has now been re- located. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried; the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of the structure.at 625 S. Columbia Street. 1137 S. Lafayette Boulevard. (on the complaint of Lillian Curbick and others) Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matter of 1137 S. Lafayette Boulevard was continued one week.
