8/31/70 from the school parking lot to the Jackson High School Athletic Field, commencing at 6:30 P.M. on October 17, 1970, was referred to the Fire Depart- ment and to the Traffic Engineering Department for review and recommendation. STREET LIGHT PETITION A petition by Arthur J. O'Neill, 601 E. Dayton Street, South Bend, Indiana, and others for street light at the alley between Dayton and Dubail Streets on Rush Street was filed with the Board and upon motion made, seconded and carried was referred to the Traffic Engineering Department for review and recommendation. CONTRACTOR'S BOND APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contractor's bond for Richard E. Strozewski to 8/17/71 was approved by the Board and ordered filed. EXCAVATION BOND APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, excavation bond for Haskins, Inc., to 8/27/71 was approved by the Board and ordered filed. CONTRACTOR'S BOND CANCELLED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the termination of contractor's bond dated September 9, 1969, on behalf of Portage Realty Corporation for all work done on or after September 9, 1970. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 8/20/70 to 8/26/70 were ordered filed.
