Adamson, Sub -Standards Director, appeared before the Board and the <br />following matters were taken up. <br />Demolition bids opened; <br />This being the date set, bids for demolition of the following properties were <br />opened. Non collusion affidavits were found to be proper. Bids were: <br />623 N. Birdsell: <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $ 714.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 974.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. 1,085.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for demolition of the structure <br />at 623 N. Birdsell Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition Company on its low <br />bid of $714.00. <br />2116 Western Avenue: <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $4,413.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. 5,700.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 4,728.00 <br />At the request of the Sub -Standards Director, award of contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 2116 Western Avenue was deferred until Tuesday, September 8, <br />1970. <br />Request for owners of sub -standard properties to appear before Board 9/14/70 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of the Sub -Standards <br />Director for the following persons to appear before the Board on September 14, <br />1970, to show cause why the following properties should not be demolished, <br />was approved: <br />1005 Queen Street - <br />505 Kelorama Street <br />314 E.`Keasey Street r - <br />138 S.
