8/31/70 1F`3,: ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3326, 1970 - DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the following Vacation Resolution was adopted: "RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Portions of alleys all within the recorded Third Plat of Summit Place Addition, a Subdivision in the north- west Quarter and the southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 37 north, Range 2 east, as follows: (1) The east -west alley between Napier Street and Jefferson Street between the east line of Kaley Street and the west line of the first alley east of Kaley Street. (2) The east -west alley between Napier Street and r-i Jefferson Street between the east line of`the first 00 north -south alley east of Kaley Street and the west line of the second north -south alley east of Kaley Street. (3) The east -west alley between Napier Street and Jefferson Street between the east line of the second north -south alley east of Kaley Street and the west line of Meade Street. (4) The east -west alley between Jefferson Street and Newcome Street between the east line of Kaley Street and the west line of Meade Street. (5) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of Jefferson Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Jefferson Street and Newcome Street. - (6) The second north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of Jefferson Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Jefferson Street and Newcome Street. (7) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of the east -west alley between Jefferson Street and Newcome Street and the south line of Newcome Street. (8) The second north -south alley east of Kaley Street be- tween the north line of the east -west alley between Jefferson Street and Newcome Street and the south line of Newcome Street.
