<br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.3283 - FELLOWS STREET SEWER
<br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., having certified that the DeWulf
<br />Construction Company,olnc., has completed the construction of a local sewer
<br />on Fellows Street, from Barbie Street to Ireland Road and in Walters Street
<br />from Fellows Street to approximately 345 feet west of fellows Street.
<br />And the City Engineer having filed assessment roll, with the names of the::
<br />owners and the description of property subject to be assessed with the
<br />amount of the prima facie assessment.
<br />The Board, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, adopts a
<br />00 resolution accepting said assessment roll and sets 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday,
<br />September 8, 1970, in Room 1308 County City Building, as the time and place
<br />for receiving remonstrances against the amounts assessed on said roll, and
<br />t� will determine whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be
<br />benefited by said improvement to the amounts named .
<br />And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in
<br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on August 21 and August 28,
<br />1970.

<br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, having certi-
<br />fied that McIntyre and Jones Construction Company, Inc., has completed the
<br />paving of the alley in the 200 block of Notre Dame Avenue between Notre Dame
<br />Avenue and St. Peter Street.
<br />And the City Engineer having filed assessment roll with the names of the
<br />owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed with the
<br />amount of the prima facie assessment.

<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3323, 1970 ADOPTED - HUMBOLDT STREET
<br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED
<br />NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board adopts Resolution
<br />No. 3323, 1970, for the improvement of Humboldt Street, from Elmer to Huey,
<br />by constructing a Class C pavement with curbs, and approves plans and specifi-
<br />cations submitted by Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting
<br />engineers, for such improvement.
<br />Tuesday, September 8, 1970, at 7:30 P.M., in Room 1308 County City Building
<br />is fixed as the time and place when and where all persons whose property may
<br />be affected by such improvement may appear and be heard.
<br />And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in
<br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on August 21 and August 28, 1970.
