42 <br />7/27/70 <br />REQUEST TO OCCUPY METERED _SPACE AT 208 W. COLFAX - AULM CONSTRUCTION C <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommendation <br />of the Traffic Engineering Department to permit the Aulm Construction Company, <br />1320 S. Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana, to occupy a metered space <br />at 208 W. Colfax Avenue for approximately two months for the parking of an <br />office trailer during construction of a new Western Union office, said Aulm <br />Construction Company to be charged according to the provisions of City <br />Ordinance 5102-69. <br />CONTRACTOR'S BOND CANCELLED - LEROY COBB <br />Upon.motion.made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of <br />.Hartford Insurance Company for cancellation of contractor's bond A 4001139 <br />of Leroy Cobb for all work done on or after August 17, 1970. <br />CONTRACTORS' BONDS <br />The following contractors' bonds were approved by the Board and ordered -filed <br />For Keith K. Carbiener - to 5/14/71 <br />For Harvey R.
