n 7/6/70 PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT - 800 BLOCK DUBAIL A petition for a street light in the 800'block of East Dubai] Avenue was filed by Winthrop Sharp, 317 E. Dubai] Avenue, South Bend, Indiana and 10 others, and, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was referred to the Traffic Engineering Department for study and recommendation. STREET LIGHTING APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved .the .recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department for street lighting as follows: Area bounded by Logan, Mishawaka, 30th and Jefferson: Install 32 7,0001- MV OH WP 15 7,0001- MV OH WP 2 20,0001- MV OH WP Remove 29 4,0001- INC OH WP 2 4,0001- INC OH WP 1 2,500L INC OH WP 1 1,000L INC OH WP at a cost of $1,126.20 per year. 6�1 Area bounded by Ford, Kentucky, Sample and Illinois: Install 22 7,0001- MV OH WP 13 7,0001- MV OH WP �v Remove 19 4,0001- INC OH WP 3 4,0001- INC OH WIP at a cost of $802.80 per year. 1 r CONTRACTOR'S BOND CANCELLED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company for cancellation of contractor's bond #69014-11-580-69 for Ten-M Builders was approved by the Board for any and all work done by Ten-i•", Builders on and after August 26, 1970. CONTRACTORS' BONDS APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following contractors' bonds were approved: Edward Bennett, d/b/a Penn Construction Co. - to 6/19/71. South Bend Christian Reformed Church - to 6/26/71. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 6/23/70 to 7/1/70 were ordered filed.
