<br />COMPLAINT OF DEAD TREES - BERT-SWARTZ
<br />The complaint of Bert Swartz, 1126 N. Hill Street, South Bend, Indiana, of
<br />the dangerous condition of dead trees'in a vacant lot next door was referred
<br />to the Legal Department for recommendation.
<br />PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT - BETWEEN ST. JOSEPH STREET AND RIVERSIDE DRIVE
<br />A petition signed by Mr. and Mrs. James P. Conboy, 214 E. Bartlett Street,
<br />and 17 others for a street light between St. Joseph Street and Riverside Drive
<br />was, upon motion made, seconded and carried, referred to the Traffic j
<br />Engineering Department for study and recommendation.
<br />STREET LIGHTING - AREA BOUNDED BY KOSCIUSZKO.SAMPLE AND THE RAILROAD
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department for the following
<br />street lighting in the area bounded by Kosciuszko Street, Sample Street and the
<br />Rai 1, road.
