4/20/70 The Clerk was directed to give notice to such property owners by certified mail. REQUEST OF LE FEBURE CORPORATION - TO -INSTALL BANK ALARM SYSTEM Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of the LeFebure Corporation Box 1226, Ogden Dunes, Portage, Indiana, to install a bank security alarm system at the Tower Federal Savings and Loan Association, 216 W. Washington Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, was referred to the.Police Department for review and recommendation to the Board. PARKING REMOVAL APPROVED - EAST SIDE OF WOODHILL Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommendation of the Traffic Director for the removal of parking for 150 feet on the east side of Woodhill, north from Bellewood. LIGHTING - IRONWOOD BRIDGE It was moored, seconded and carried that the City of South Bend, as per agree- ment, proceed with the lighting of the Ironwood Bridge, under construction "10 and scheduled for completion in August or September, 1970, and that the matter UC be referred to the City -Engineer for obtaining a proposal from the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company. OC LITTER PICK-UP - ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL The request of St. Joseph Grade School, 226 N. Hill Street, South Bend, Indiana, on April 15, 1970, for a City truck to pick up trash and litter and for proper police protection, in connection with its titter and trash pick-up project on "Earth Day", April 22, 1970, was approved by the Board on April 15, 1970, and is confirmed and made of record in these minutes. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED - HARBER HOMES SANITARY SEWER Plans and specifications for Harber Homes Sanitary Sewer, filed with the Board by Consolidated Negro Contractors, Inc., South Bend, Indiana, upon motion made, seconded and carried, were approved by the Board. CONTRACTOR'S BOND Certificate continuing contractor's bond on behalf of John D. Skiles to 2/5/71 was ordered filed. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 3/31/70 to 4/15/70 were ordered filed.
