1 <br />8/28/72 <br />REQUEST FOR STREET LIGHT - HARRISON AND PALMINGLE COURT <br />Allegra J. Ingleright, 515 Harrison Street, South Bend, Indiana, appeared <br />before the Board to request the installation of a street light on Harrison <br />Avenue at the intersection of Palmingle Court. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, this was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting. <br />APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the following <br />traffic control devices upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Traffic <br />and Lighting: <br />STOP SIGNS at Marine Street at the Approach to Woodside and <br />at Woodside at the approach to Donmoyer. <br />STOP SIGNS Portage Way Drive at Portage Avenue and the first <br />drive north of there at the Portage Place Apartment Complex. <br />and at the driveway to the apartments. <br />AIRPORT INDUSTRICAL PARK PHASE THREE <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved Plans and <br />Specifications for Airport Industrial Park, Phase Three. <br />AWARD OF BID FOR BENDIX DRIVE IMPROVEMENT <br />At this time the Engineering Department presented a tabulation of bids <br />for the North Bendix Drive Improvement, and upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the award was made to McIntyre and Jones on their low bid <br />of $122,934.00 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />Street Light outage reports for a period of 8/17/72 to 8/25/72 <br />were approved and ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjpdrned_at 10:45 A,,M. <br />ATTEST: <br />- .
