410 <br />8/14/72 <br />513 N. St. LouisBoulevard Mr. Steed asked permission to request <br />Margaret L. Bolts to come before the Board to show cause why the <br />structure at 513 N. St. Louis should not be demolished. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, permission was granted. <br />114 North Jackson Street Mr. Steed asked permission to bring Frank <br />P. Shula before the Board to show cause why the structure at 114 <br />North Jackson Street should not be demolished. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, permission was granted. <br />2002-2006 Linden Mr. Steed asked permission to request Ervin <br />and Mary Cudowski to come before the Board to show cause why the <br />structure at 2002-2006 Linden should not be demolished. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, permission was granted. <br />1205 Dunham Street Mr. Steed akked permission to request Ernest R. <br />and Marlene A. Benner and F. R. Ebersole before the Board to show <br />cause why the structure at 1205 Dunham Street should not be demolished. <br />Upon -motion made, seconded and carried, permission was granted. <br />11181 North Hill Street Mr. Steed asked permission to request Emily <br />Archer to come before the Board to show cause why the structure at <br />11181 North Hill Street should not be demolished. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the permission was granted. <br />124 East Elder Street Mr. Steed recommended the demolition of the <br />structure at 12 East Elder Street. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, Mr. Steed was authorized to seek bids for the demolition <br />of the structure. <br />2505 Linden Avenue Mr. Steed recommended the demolition of the <br />structure at 2505 Linden Avenue. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, He was authorized to seek bids for the demolition. <br />140 East North Shore Drive A letter was received from attorney <br />Philip .. Potts stating that the property had been sold. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carriedy Mr. Steed was directed to <br />request the new owners of the property to appear before the Board to <br />show cause, if any there be, why the property should not be demolished. <br />BIDS ON SUB -STANDARD PROPERTIES This being the date set.for receiving <br />bids on the demolition of several properties, the bids wereopened and <br />read. Non -collusion affidavits were found to be in propertorder. The <br />bids were as follows: <br />1135 East Medison <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $500.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 400.00 <br />B & J Excavating 515.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to Bryant <br />Excavating Company on its low bid of $400.00 <br />608 East Ohio <br />O'Neal Trucking $700.00 <br />B & J Excavating 895.00 <br />Midwest 671.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 685.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to <br />Midwest Excavating Company on its low bid of $671.00. <br />
