4 <br />1 <br />8/7/72 <br />REPORT FROM BUREAU OF TRAFFIC AND -LIGHTING RE: CLOSING CAMPEAU STREET <br />A report was received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting wherein <br />they report they have granted permission for the closing of Campeau <br />Street provided the operation was moved one block east so as to be away <br />from Eddy Street during football traffic. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board concurred in his recommendation. Th&sas for <br />a bicycle race on August 5, 1972. <br />PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT - LEE COURT <br />A petition was received, containing ten signatures, asking for the <br />installation of street lights in North and South Lee Court. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, this was referred to the Bureau <br />of Traffic and Lighting for study and report. <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES APPROVED <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the following <br />traffic control devices: <br />A revised sign limiting the speed to 35 mph on Ireland Road <br />from West Lafayette. <br />A one hour parking limit sign in front of 1818 Mishawaka <br />Avenue <br />a 30 minute parking limit sign in from of 222-224 East Monroe Street <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT Street light outage reports were received <br />and ordered filed for the period from 7/27/72 to 8/3/72. <br />There being no further business to.come before the Board, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />
