350 <br />6/26/72 <br />This Board, at its office, on the 19th day of June, 1972 <br />at 9:30 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons <br />interested in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 5th day of June, 1972 <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY <br />s/ Charles A. Noble, Clerk <br />HEARING ON VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359. 1972 OAK PARK ©RIVE_- JAMES QUILL <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No. <br />3359,1072 for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from the Oakridge-Oak Park <br />intersection to the West property line of 1817 Oak Park Drive. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice on the 9th day of <br />June and the 16th day of'June, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri County News, and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having <br />been received, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />said Resolution on June 5th, 1972 was ratified and confirmed and <br />said street vacated. <br />The City Engineer is directed to prepare an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessment of benefits to surrounding <br />properties. <br />HEARING ON VACATION RESOLUTION NO, 3360,1992 - ALLEY SOUTH OF RIVERSIDE <br />C. A. BROOKS <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No. <br />3360,1972 for the vacation of the first East-West alley South of <br />Riverside Drive running from Leland Avenue to the first North -South <br />Alley. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice on the 9th day <br />of June and the 16th day of June, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri County News, and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having <br />been filed, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />said Resolution adopted on June 5th, 1972 is ratified and confirmed <br />and said alley vacated. <br />The City Engineer is directed to prepare an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessment of benefits to surrounding <br />properties. <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION FOR VACATION OF NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY EAST OF <br />MICHIGAN STREET - GUNDER ET AL <br />Area Plan Commission filed with the Board its favorable recommendation <br />for the vacation of the north -south alley east of Michigan Street from <br />Milton ;:to Calvert Street. The City Engineer is now requested to <br />prepare a vacation resolution. <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION FOR VACATION OF NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY EAST OF <br />HIGH STREET RUNNING FROM DUBAIL <br />Area Plan Commission files with the Board its favorable recommendation <br />for the vacation of the first north -south alley east of High Street <br />running from Dubail. The City Engineer is now requested to prepare a <br />vacation resolution. <br />
