Noble, Clerk <br />BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA REQUEST 10 MANG BANNER <br />A request from the Boy Scouts of America to suspend a banner across <br />Michigan Street, continued to this meeting, was denied, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, by the Board because the Legal Department <br />gave an opinion that a banner of this nature would pose a safety <br />problem in the event of the use of snorkel equipment by the Fire <br />Department. <br />PERMISSION TO SENT ENGINEERING STAFF TO PURDUE ROAD SCHOOL <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Mr. William J. <br />Richardson to send David Well, Ralph Wadzinski, Ken Herceg and George <br />Wooley to Purdue to attend Road School, April 3-6, 1972, was granted. <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURES REPORT <br />Mr. Bert Cichowicz, City Sealer, appeared before the Board and <br />presented his report for the month of March, 1972. <br />CITY SEALER TO ATTEND CONFERENCE <br />Upon motion made. seconded and unanimously carried, the request of <br />Mr. Cichowicz to attent the 59th Annual Conference of the indiana <br />Association of inspectors of Weights and Measures, Inc, to be held <br />in Clarksville April 12 through 14, 1972, was granted. <br />n <br />F, <br />
