1_234- <br />3/13/72 <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB STANDARDS DIVISION <br />1134 G eor_gl Anna Street <br />This being the date set, and William E. Coleman and Birdie Jean <br />Coleman not having appeared before the Board as requested, Mr. <br />Richard Liszewski, Sub -Standards Director is now authorized to. <br />seek bids for the demolition of the structure'at 1134 Georgianna <br />Street, <br />611 South Rush Street <br />This being the date set, and Kin A. Bird not having appeared before <br />the Board as requested, Mr. Liszewski is now authorized to seek <br />bids for the demolition of -the structure at 613 S. Rush Street. <br />516 E. Bronson Street <br />This being the date set, and David Newsome and L. T. Newsome not <br />having appeared before the Board as requested, Mr. Liszewskl is now <br />authorized to seek bids for the structure's-tdemolition at`516 <br />East Bronson -Street. <br />2410-2412 West Ford Street <br />Mr. Gene Arnett having requested a continuance on the matter of the <br />--sub-standard structure at 2410-2412 West Ford Street because of his <br />absence from the city; the Board now continues the matter for one <br />week. <br />1504 Swygart Street <br />Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that the dwelling at 1504 Swygart <br />Street was being rehabilitated by the owners, and the Board dir- <br />ected Mr. Liszewski to keep the building under surveillance. <br />717 S. CLINTON STREET <br />This being the date set bids were opened for the demolition of the <br />structure at 717 South Clinton Street, as follows: <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $349.00 <br />Machinery Supply Company $337.50 <br />Midwest Demolition $317.00 <br />B & J Demolition $517.00 <br />The Machinery Supply Company bid was not properly notarized, to the <br />bid was disregarded. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />bid for demolition of 717 S. Clinton Street was awarded to Midwest <br />Demolition Company on its low bid of $317.00 <br />501 Pennsylvania Street <br />This being the date set, bids were opened for the demolition of the <br />structure at 717 South Clinton Street, as follows: <br />O'Neal Trucking Company #618.00 <br />B & J Demolition $619.00 <br />Machinery Supply Co. $637.00 <br />Midwest Demolition $541.00 <br />The Machinery Supply Company bid was not properly notarized, ;so the <br />bid was disregarded. Upon motion made. seconded and carried, the <br />Bid of Midwest Demolition Company was awarded, for the structure at <br />501 Pennsylvania. <br />
