22 2/28/72 ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3352 - MASTIC CORP. This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in Vacation Resolution No. 3352, 1972, for the vacation of the following: 102 x 483 -Feet E. SE NW 3.82 AC and 32 AC S. and adj. 15 37 2E located on the east side of and adj, to Kaley Street. S 2.7 Ac 1J'-z SE NE 15 37 2E located on the east side of and adj. to Kaley Street Parcel of land 26 x 663 feet W SE NW 15 37 2E lAC located on the east side of and adj. to Kaley Street Parcel of land containing 11.12 A in NW SW except RRS of RR 15 37 2E except for streets located on the west side of and adj. to Kaley Street. Parcel of land 1326.95 feet E and W x 402.90 feet NS containing 14.91 AC +- located on the west side of and adj to Kaley Street. 11-14 e--I Parcel of land 240 x 415 feet 15 37 2E +- located on the east side of and adj, to Kaley Street Parcel of land belonging to St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad right-of-way and property owned by N-J-1-1-R R. right-of-way. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune -and the Tri County News which were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the assessment roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopted and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed. ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO 3353 - Department of Redevelopment This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll'in Vacation Resolution No. 3353, 1972, for the vacation of Monroe Street from the East line of Rush Street extended North to the North line of Monroe Street, East to the West line of Lincoln Way East. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News which were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the assessment roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopted and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings. closed. ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3354 - HANSEL NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in Vacation Resolution No. 3354, 1972, for the vacation of the alley between Huey and Sadie Streets, from the south right-of-way of Linden Avenue to a point 97 feet south of the south right-of-way of Linden Avenue. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News which were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the assessment roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopted and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed.
