21 <br />2/14/72 <br />This communication is for the purpose of exploring any process or consid- <br />eration that will allow maintenence by this City's Street Department. Can <br />there be a waiver of the requirement, repercussionsinotwithstanding? <br />The location is at the point where Lombardy runs into Linden. There are <br />1610 feet of improved streets in the development. <br />Will you, please, give this matter the earliest possible attention? <br />Sincerely, <br />s/ Jesse L. Dickinson <br />CC: -Mr. William Richardson, City Engineer <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board referred <br />the above letter to the Engineering Department for study and recommendation. <br />EXCAVATION BOND - GUY RIZEK PLUMBING HEATING COOLING <br />The bond for Excavation in Streets was presented to the Board, and upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried was approved till February 4, 1973 for <br />Guy Rizek Plumbing Heating Colling. <br />EXCAVATION BOND - JOHN RENSBERGER PLUMBING & HEATING <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the bond of John Rensberger Plumbing <br />& Heating was approved to January 1, 1973. <br />CONTINUATION BONDS <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, continuation certificates were <br />approved for the following: <br />Rieth-Riley Construction Co. to 2/l/73 <br />Aulm Construction Co.,Inc. to 2/l/73 <br />Sollitt Construction Co. to 3/5/73 <br />TRAFFIC SIGNS AND LIGHTS <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved <br />the following signs and lights recommended by the Traffic Engineering <br />Department: <br />1. STOP Sign on Jackson Street at Indiana Avenue <br />2. STOP sign on Grant Street at Indiana Avenue <br />3. STOP sign on Warren Street at Indiana Avenue <br />4. STOP sign on Calvert Street at Warren:Street <br />5. STOP sign on Phillipa Street at Delaware Street <br />6. STOP sign on Delaware Street at Warren Street <br />7. STOP sign on Delaware Street at Brookfield Street <br />8. YIELD signs replace with STOP signs at Dubail and Warren Streets <br />9. YIELD signs replaced with STOP signs at Dubail and Jackson <br />10. STOP signs on Parkovash at Marquette. <br />"NO PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LOADING ZONE," signs on the West side of the <br />service Court running north from 100 East Jefferson. <br />One 7,000 lumen Street light in the area of North Johnson Street <br />one 7,000 lumen Street light in the area of Almond Court. <br />STREETLIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />Street light outages reports were filed for 2/4/72 to 2/11/72. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the Board, upon motion made, <br />and seconded and carried determined to hold the next meeting on February 28, <br />1972. <br />ATTEST <br />1� h. <br />Clerk <br />
