12/20/71 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board adopted <br />said assessment roll and set January 17, 197,,L, at 9:30 A.M., in Room <br />1308 County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, as the date for hearing <br />all persons interested in or affected by said vacation.. <br />The Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on December 24, 1971, <br />December 31, 1971 and January 7, 1972. <br />WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY - ANTHONY J. PANZICA <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board accepted <br />the request of Anthony J. Panzica for withdrawal of his petition filed <br />May 3, 1971, to vacate the north -south alley between 24th and 25th Streets, <br />north of Mishawaka Avenue. <br />SEWER CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT - PORTAGE REALTY CORPORATION <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved <br />til and signed a contract between the Portage Realty Corporation and the Board <br />r-4 of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, for the extension of <br />a sewer along North Ironwood Drive, from a point 65 feet north of the center <br />line of Roosevelt Street, north approximately 810 feet. <br />U <br />U IRELAND ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br />A letter under date of December 17, 1971, from Clyde E. Williams and <br />Associates, Inc., addressed to the Board of Public Works and Safety <br />recommending a change in the final construction cost of the Ireland Road <br />improvement was filed with the Board and referred to the Engineering <br />Department. <br />1 <br />REQUEST TO SELL CHRISTMAS HOLLY AND WREATHS - FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH <br />The request of the First United Methodist Church, 333 N. Main Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana, by Roger J.
