<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following
<br />Resolution was adopted:
<br />"VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3345, 1971
<br />'"'RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBL1E WORDS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following:
<br />The alley running east from Fellows Street south of
<br />Dubail Avenue and crossing Lots 55 and 56, and a portion
<br />of Lot 57; thence running south exiting in the east -west
<br />alley between Dubai] Avenue and Dayton Street from
<br />Fellows Street to Rush Street, in Henry Studebaker's
<br />First Addition.
<br />"Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the
