<br />w request of the Hickey Construction Company, 403 E. Madison Street, South
<br />U Bend, Indiana, to close the alley west of 115 West Washington Street between
<br />the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M, fora three day period during the
<br />construction -of a wall next to the alley.
<br />REQUEST TO REVIEW JUVENILE RECORDS - UNITED COMMUNITY SERVICES
<br />The request of United Community Services, 120 S. Taylor Street, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, to review juvenile records was referred to the Legal Department
<br />for review and recommendation.
<br />REQUEST TO HOLD BICYCLE PARADE - MRS. RONALD COMO
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Mrs. Ronald Como,
<br />1737 Brookmede, South Bend, Indiana, to hold a bic*.Ie parade on August 14,
<br />1971, commencing at 10:30 A.M. and lasting approximately one-half hour,
<br />traveling over Briar Way, Woodmont, Brookmede, Springbrook, Hilltop and
<br />Ridgedale Streets , and for a police escort, was approved by the Board.
<br />REQUEST TO LOCATE MOBILE UNITS - CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />location of two mobile units to be used as class rooms at the Calvary
<br />Baptist Church, 1002 Blaine Street, South Bend, Indiana, for a period not
<br />exceeding four years, as recommended by the Building Commissioner.
<br />COMMUNICATION - TEN OFF BROADWAY
<br />Copy of a letter addressed to Donald A. Dake, South Bend Community School
<br />Corporation, requesting the Advisory Committee of the Morris Civic Auditorium
<br />to give consideration to the showing of the stage Rfoduction "Hair" at the
<br />Morris Civic Auditorium was reviewed and ordered filed. Said letter being from
<br />Ten Off Broadway, 52245 U.S. #31 North, South Bend, Indiana.

<br />and ordered filed.
