<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Rev. Henry L.
<br />Underwood, Holiness Church of God in Christ Temple, 242 N. Sadie Street,
<br />South Bend,, Indiana, to hold street meetings between the hours of 6:0.0
<br />P.M. and 8:00 P.M. on Monday, Thursday and Saturday each week
<br />commencing immediately and continuffig,,-until about September 1, 1971, on
<br />West Washington Street and the 200 block of Sadie Street.

<br />REQUEST TO HOLD MOTORCADE 6/il/71 - STATE THEATRE
<br />The request of D. A. Pregel, for the State Theatre, 214 S.-Michigan Street,
<br />South Bend, Indiana, to hold a motorcade in connection with the showing of
<br />the motion picture "The Abominable Dr. Phibes" on June 11, 1971, between
<br />12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. in the area of the State Theatre, approved by the

<br />Board on June 8, 1971, is hereby made of record in these minutes.

<br />REQUEST TG CHANGE SPEED LIMIT - 1500 BLOCK OF WEST SAMPLE STREET
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Indiana Vocational
<br />Technical College, 1534 West Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, by John E.
<br />Calvert, Business Manager, for a change of the speed limit in the 1500 block
<br />of West Sample Street to 20 miles per hour was referred to the Traffic
<br />Engineering Department for study and recommendation.

<br />STREET LIGHT REQUEST - SHERIDAN TO BENDIX & ARDMORE TRAIL TO LINCOLNWAY WEST
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Waiter M. Szymkowiak,
<br />Second District Councilman, for improved street lighting from Sheridan to
<br />Bendix Drive, from Ardmore Trail to Lincolnway west was referred to the
<br />Traffic Engineering Department for study and recommendation.
<br />EXCAVATION BOND TERMINATED - DAVID KOLLAR PLUMBING
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the excavation bond of Western
<br />Surety Company, No. 4085531 on behalf of David Kollar Plumbing was approved
<br />for termination for all work done by David Kollar Plumbing on and after
<br />June 14, 1971.
<br />EXCAVATION BOND APPROVED - DAVID KOLLAR PLUMBING
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the excavation bond of Royal Indemnity
<br />Company No. 571580 on behalf of David Kollar Plumbing commencing 5/26/71
<br />was approved by the Board and ordered filed.
<br />STREET LIGHTING-•LOGAN AT WALL
<br />Action by the Board on the recommendation of the Traffic Engineering Department
<br />for installation of a street light on Logan at Wall Street was tabled until
<br />June 21, 1971.
<br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS for the period 6/2/71 to 6/9/71 were ordered filed.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned
