REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 17, 1973 <br />435 <br />ACCEPTANCE -OF PROPOSAL FOR BENDIX DRIVE & ARDMORE TRAIL PROJECT <br />The Board received the following letter proposal: <br />Mr. Rollin E. Farrand, P. E. <br />City Engineer <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Dear Mr. Farrand: <br />December 5, 1973 <br />Re: Topics Project No. T6000(8) <br />Bendix Drive & Ardmore Trail <br />In accordance with Section 11 of the agreement covering engineering <br />services for design of the referenced project, the following outlines <br />an additional service we propose to provide the City of South Bend: <br />1. Prepare "Design Study Report" for the project, in accordance <br />with Indiana State Highway Administration requirements. <br />The basis of payment for this service shall be in accordance with <br />Section V of the agreement and we estimate that the cost of this <br />additional service will not exceed $550.00. <br />Your signature below will indicate your authorization to proceed with <br />this additional service as covered by the contract.
