Bid bond being sent under <br />separate cover. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bids were referred to Mr. Donald <br />Decker, Bureau of Streets, for investigation and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3381 <br />This being the date set for receiving bids for the construction of a concrete <br />pavement as authorized by Improvement Resolution No. 3381, 1973, the Clerk <br />tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News which were found to be sufficient.
