i <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1973 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m. on <br />Monday, September 17, 1973 with Mr. Farrand and Mr. Seitz present. Deputy <br />City -Attorney Gerald Sakaguchi was also present. Minutes of the previous <br />meeting were reviewed and approved. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - CITY OWNED REAL ESTATE <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for the sale of the city -owned real <br />estate located at 1211, 1219 and 1221 S. Lafayette Street. No bids were <br />received. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - POLICE UNIFORMS AND UNIFORM EQUIPMENT <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for Police Department Uniforms and <br />Uniform Equipment. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. <br />The following bid was opened.
