REGULAR. MEETI NG <br />JULY 2 1973 <br />prohibit parking on both sides of Miami from Donmoyer to Jackson Road <br />and also on both sides of Ireland from Miami to York Road, <br />Since no reply has been received as of this date and since the opening <br />of the Scottsdale Mall and resultant traffic volume increase is imminent, <br />this Bureau requests some direction from the Board of Works. <br />Mr. Farrand explained that there had been some discussion on this parking problem <br />but the matter was tabled pending further investigation. It was then moved that <br />the Board approve Mr. Hazinski's recommendation with the stipulation that the <br />restriction on Miami from Donmoyer to Ireland be limited to a ban on parking <br />between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The motion was seconded and carried. It was <br />them moved, seconded and carried that off-street parking be permitted in the <br />parkway along the fence at the Erskine Golf Course. <br />AGREEMENT - SALE OF CITY -OWNED. PROPERTY O NNERBELT) <br />The Board received an agreement in which Thomas J. Murphy, who was awarded the <br />bid to purchase the city -owned property near the Innerbelt, released his right <br />r-4 and interest in the property to John and Edward Weiss. Mr. Roemer said that he <br />P� would recommend that the Board sign the agreement. However, there is an error <br />in the legal description of the property. He then recommended that the agreement <br />be returned to Deputy City Attorney Robert Parker with a letter asking that the <br />description,be corrected, new signatures obtained and the agreement be re -submitted <br />to the Board for signature, so moved, seconded and carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br />ATTEST• <br />CLERK <br />1 <br />2W/LZ r, t--f ey�.,C� <br />Rollin E.
