REGULAR MEETING MAY 29, 1973 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ORDER TO ENGINEER FOR PRELIMINARY PLANS South Bend, Indiana May 25, 1973 Department of Public Works 13th Floor County -City Building South Bend, Indiana 46601 Gentlemen: According to the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Public Works concerning the proposed improvement of Homeland Addition located in the NW! of Section 22, Twp. 37 North, Range 2 East, South Bend, Indiana and: Ew i-ng .Avenue from Olive Street to Ka l ey Street Kaley Street from Ewing to Calvert Street Prospect Street from Ewing to Calvert Street Meade Street from Ewing to Calvert Street Wabash Street from Ewing to Calvert Street Phillipa Street from Ewing to Indiana Avenue Calvert Street from Kaley to Dundee you are hereby directed to prepare preliminary plans, estimates and the preliminary improvement resolution for improving such part of said areas by constructing Sanitary Sewers.
