REGULAR MEETING MAY 29, 1973 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the order. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ORDER TO ENGINEER FOR PRELIMINARY PLANS South Bend, Indiana May 25, 1973 Kaser & Associates 712 E. LaSalle Avenue South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: According to the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Public Works concerning the proposed improvement of Rogers Street, LaSalle Avenue, Olds Avenue, Colfax Avenue and Reo Avenue from Mayflower Road to Clemens Street all in Portage Gardens, Portage Twp., SEA'—, of Section 5, T 37 N, R2E, South Bend, Indiana, you are hereby directed to prepare preliminary plans, estimates and the preliminary improvement resolution for improving such part of said streets by constructing �.
