This is the 3rd phase of <br />5 in the relighting of Riverside Drive. <br />Cost: <br />Remove 9 - 10,000L @ $4.00 - $36.00 <br />Replace 3 10,0001. with 7,000L MV@ $.50/mo. - 1.50 <br />Replace 2- 10,000L with 20,0001- MV @ $1.50/mo. 3.00 <br />Install 10-20,000L MV OH WP @ $5.50/mo. 55.00 <br />$20.50/mo. or $246.00/yr. <br />Denied Approved X <br />73-32 Western Avenue viaduct (at Walnut) <br />Petitioners: Western Avenue -businessmen via Councilman Szymkowiak <br />The present lighting under the viaduct light both the walk and the street. <br />However, the light cut-off from this fixture is quite severe and does leave <br />dark areas on the walkway. It is recommended that 3 - 10,900 Lumen <br />fluorescent fixtures be added to the viaduct. This lighting system will <br />eliminate any dark spots. <br />Cost: <br />Install 3 - 10,000L Fluorescent fixtures @ $4.25 <br />$12.75/mo. or $153.00/yr. <br />Denied Approved X <br />73-33 McKinley, Logan, Jefferson and 33rd Street <br />Petitioner: Councilman Miller and residents. This area is the only section <br />necessary to complete an area roughly banded by McKinley, Logan, the river <br />and Ironwood. It is recommended that it be up -dated. <br />Cost: <br />Remove 1 - 1,000L @ $1.50 <br />Remove 8 - 4,000L @ $2.60 <br />Replace 1- 1,0001. w/7,0001. A melting will be held with Mr. Wadzinski to work out <br />the installations which can be made with the money budgeted for this year and <br />additional money will be requested in next year's budget to complete the installations. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the list of recommended <br />installations. <br />
