2/12/73 <br />REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE - 631 LINCOLNWAY EAST <br />A recommendation was received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for the <br />installation of a one hour parking time limit at 631 Lincolnway East to create <br />a turnover of parking space for the Sofa Shop. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board approved the request_. <br />PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 17 -WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ADDITIONS <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved Paymnt_Request No. <br />17 to Sollitt Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $138,454.90 for the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Additions. <br />REQUEST FOR VAN ON STREET - EMERSON AND NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD <br />The Board received a request from the United Association of Plumbers and Pipe - <br />fitters Local No. 172 to set a van on the street for two weeks, from February 18 <br />to March 5, 1973 for physical examinations for members and their wives. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request subject to <br />approval by the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and referred it to that Bureau for <br />investigation. <br />LETTER FROM MRS. F. S. GISH RE: STUDENT DRIVERS AT LA SALLE HIGH SCHOOL <br />A letter was received from Mrs. F. S. Gish, 2801 Elwood Avenue, regarding student <br />drivers causing noise pollution. The Board referred the letter to the Board of <br />Public Safety. <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE-_AU_LM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. INC. <br />A Certificate of Insurance was received from Auim Construction Company, Inc, and <br />upon motion made, seconded and carried, the certificate was approved. <br />CONTINUATION CERTIFICATES APPROVED <br />A memo from the Bureau of Engineering was received stating that the following <br />continuation certificates were in order and, upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, they were approved by the Board: <br />Excavation - Earl C. The Water and Wastewater Treatment <br />Board meeting will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, the 20th. <br />
