Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the award <br />was made to B & J Demolition on its low bid of $635.00. <br />136 East Keasey Street <br />This being the date set for receiving bids for the <br />demolition of the structure at 136=East Keasey Street, the following <br />bids were opened and read after determining that the non -collusion <br />affidavits were in proper order:' <br />Michiana Builders $545.00 <br />Midwest Demolition 734.00 <br />Machinery Supply Co. 750.00 <br />B & J Demolition 1,685.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 600.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the award was made to Michiana <br />Builders on their low bid of $545.00. <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3371,1972 - DEAN STREET <br />This being the date set for holding a hearing on the assessment roil <br />of Vacation Resolution No. 3371,1972, hearing is now held for the vacation <br />of a portion of Dean Street lying between the West line of the first North - <br />South alley West of Main Street and the West line of Section 24, T37N, R2E. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News on December 8, December 15 and December <br />22, 1972 and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed <br />the Board discussed the smatter, and upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />continued the matter for one week.. The Vacation was adopted on condition <br />the petitioners purchased an adjoining piece of property from the City. <br />
