He requested per- <br />mission to operate a coffee canteen in the vicinity of Michigan and <br />Jefferson Streets on Monday, December 18, 1973 between 6:00 and 9:00 <br />P.M. while the Salvation Army Booth is being operated. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request pending the <br />coordination of the Bureau of Traffic on the Location. <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURES REPORT Mr. Bert Cichowicz, City Sealer, filed his <br />report for the month of November, 1972, and upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />
